Ivo Beckett has spent the last few years pushing the creative boundaries in music videos and more recently with brands such as 4Creative and Apple. His trademark approach lends raw energy with strong imagery, making each film visually distinct and immersive, building a visual world around each artist and brand he collaborates with.

He grew up watching video nasties and ‘giallo’ films, drawing inspiration from the expressive, unique and colourful visual styles embraced by the sub-genre. UY has carved out a distinctive style of his own, defined by an impressionistic approach to character and narrative combined with a unique editing style and a keen eye for stylistic detail. A visual style which he developed in earlier projects through shooting, editing and crafting his own VFX.
